Full Event Planning

Are you walking on Cloud 9 with feelings of complete exhilaration since getting engaged, but feeling overwhelmed by all that needs to be done before you can get down the aisle? You may be the busy career-focused Bride who really has no time to attend the endless parade of meetings to pick find the perfect vendors. With the Full Event Production package, we will do all the planning for you. You can be involved in the planning process as much or as little as you want. This will allow you to enjoy your engagement knowing all the work is being done for you.

This package is customizable to fully fit your planning needs. This package also includes all the services provided in the Event Day Management package.


  • Conduct on-going planning meetings as necessary to plan your event, evaluate and update on progress
  • Unlimited contact by phone or e-mail to provide unlimited support throughout the planning process
  • Unlimited access to a personalized Online based Planning Workbook with unlimited users
  • Establish and manage planning timeline with periodic updates
  • On-going reminders to the Bride and Groom for personal items related to the wedding
  • Budget Management – establish and manage the budget with creative suggestions to find ways to maximize your budget on specific limitations and how they might impact your event
  • Track and coordinate vendor payments and payment due dates
  • Create and manage couple’s website through Project Wedding or TheKnot
  • Provide etiquette advice and coaching on issues as they arise
  • Development of your wedding theme/style based on your personal taste

    • Define color palette
    • Develop unique personal touches
    • Create spatial layout design
    • Personalize story board detailing the cohesive look for your wedding
    • Development of décor design through event components

  • Coordinate selection of rental items to enhance décor design
  • Scout/research venue locations and vendors to fit your style and budget
  • Schedule vendor meetings coordinating the Bride and Groom’s schedule
  • Attend vendor meetings (up to 3 vendors per category)
  • Review all vendor contracts to assist in finalizing the details, negotiate prices and assist in resolving any questions
  • Act as liaison between bride and groom and the vendors after the contract is signed
  • Guidance on resources for vows, music selections, speeches and obtaining a marriage license
  • Identify out-of-town guest hotel accommodations along with negotiating room block rates (Up to 2 hotels)
  • Coordinate out-of-town guest hotel room reservations and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate the transportation arrangements for out-of-town guests
  • Manage the selection/design of the wedding stationary; save-the-dates, invitations, welcome packets, programs and escort cards
  • Oversee the design and assembly favors, programs, escort cards, welcome baskets and favors
  • Attend planning vendor meetings to oversee the on-going design details
  • Assist with selecting bridal attire and accessories (Up to 3 boutique visits)
  • Assist in the selection of a dress seamstress (if applicable and desired)
  • Assemble the Save-the-Dates, Invitations and Announcements
  • Oversee the mailing of wedding Save-the-Dates, Invitations and Announcements


  • Coordinate the delivery of the dress and bouquet for the bridal portraits (Within the Houston Metro area)
  • Provide 6 hours of miscellaneous errand service (Within the 610 Loop. Drive time is included)
  • Attend vendor meetings to make final selections and resolve remaining details (Florist/decorator, caterer, entertainment and rental company)
  • Confirm all contract details with miscellaneous vendors via phone or email 10-14 day prior to the event (Transportation, ceremony music, hair & make-up artist, cake baker and officiant, etc..)
  • Act as point-of-contact for wedding party throughout the final planning stages
  • Conduct phones calls to confirm guests attendance for those whom have not RSVP’ed (up to 20 guests, 2 emails and 1 phone call per guest)
  • Assembly of the welcome packets (bride to provide items or reimburse for items)
  • Delivery of welcome packets to out-of-town guests hotels (Up to 3 hotels within Beltway 8 Loop)

Package Price: $6,500-$10,000
All of the Event Day Management services are included with this package
